Welcome to the Cheshire Local Optical Committee

Cheshire LOC aim to:

Support and represent local optical professionals
Promote and expand the role of community optometry
Work to ensure high-quality, accessible eye care services across our community by negotiating with ICBs to develop and implement community eye care services.
Reduce pressure on GP and hospital services
Enable ongoing professional development
